Christos Sifakis
Christos Sifakis is the Co-founder of Sales Up, with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. A graduate of the University of Ioannina with a degree in Business Administration (2006), he began his career as a receptionist at 4-star Hotels, gaining essential frontline experience.
From 2009 to 2021, he played a key role at the largest Destination Management Company of Crete progressing from reservations and yield management to hotel contracting, where he spent seven years negotiating partnerships and driving commercial growth. In 2021, he became Sales Manager at Hotel Chain of Crete and Mykonos, while also launching his own business Sales Up to support hotels with tailored sales strategies and revenue solutions. Since 2022, he has also been part of the Vasia Hotels sales management team.
Fluent in English and with basic knowledge of German, Christos is known for his approachable nature and ability to build lasting professional relationships with ease.
Christiana Georgiadi
Christiana Georgiadi brings a strong background in hotel sales, reservations, and revenue management to Sales Up. She holds a B.S. in Tourism Administration from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and an M.Sc. in Tourism Business Administration from the Hellenic Open University.
Her career began in 2008 in the airline industry, followed by internships and roles in well-established hospitality businesses. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across departments including reservations, front office, and sales. From 2015 onward, she has focused on hotel sales and revenue management, handling responsibilities such as online distribution, contracting, rate strategy, and market forecasting. Since 2020, she has successfully combined roles in both on-site sales management and digital sales, with a strong focus on pricing, yield, and channel optimization.
Fluent in English and deeply committed to excellence, Christiana is known for her organization, reliability, and deep understanding of hospitality sales dynamics.
